Smoked Salmon Lasagna: The Perfect Way to Use Leftovers from New Year's Eve

We’re sharing our favorite smoked salmon lasagna recipe – the perfect way to avoid waste after the holidays!

Smoked salmon is a festive season staple. This rich, flavorful fish is a hit with guests and requires little to no preparation. It can easily be served on elegant toasts or simply alongside artisanal bread and lemon wedges for a refined starter.

One of the benefits of serving smoked salmon this way is that unused portions can be kept for longer. If the salmon hasn’t been prepared or mixed with other ingredients, it can be frozen, minimizing waste. Alternatively, it can quickly be transformed into a delicious dish.
